If on mounjaro 2.5mg 5mg and 7.5mg switch to wegovy 0.25mg and titrate up monthly if need to.

 

Mounjaro 10mg 12.5mg and 15mg switch to wegovy 0.25mg or 0.5mg and titrate up monthly if need to.

 

This is to ensure side effects are minimised, any higher than 0.5mg of wegovy you’ll effectively have two different medicines at high strengths in your body together which will increase side effects and potentially over dose.
